Ingredients- 2 bricks cream cheese
- Little Lu’s BBQ Sweet Hog Seasoning
- Texas Pepper Jelly Apple Cherry Habanero Rib Candy (or your favorite sweet-and-spicy glaze)
1. Place each brick of cream cheese on a small baking dish or pan. Using a sharp knife, cut shallow crosshatch lines into the top, creating diamond shapes—just like you’d score a pork butt. This helps the seasoning and glaze soak in.
2. Generously coat the cream cheese with Little Lu’s Sweet Hog BBQ Seasoning, making sure it gets into all those cuts for maximum flavor.
3. Preheat your smoker to 225°F. Place the cream cheese inside and let it smoke for about 20–25 minutes.
4. Brush the tops with Texas Pepper Jelly Apple Cherry Habanero Rib Candy (or your chosen glaze). Return to the smoker for another 5–10 minutes until the glaze sets and becomes tacky.
5. Carefully remove from the smoker, let cool slightly, and serve warm with your cracker of choice. Prepare for it to disappear fast.
